We accept most common formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PDF, CDR, and PSD. For best results, provide vector files (SVG, AI, or PDF) where possible. For laser cutting, we prefer SVG or DXF files. Don't worry if you're not sure — send what you have and we'll advise.

Most orders are completed within 2-5 business days, depending on the service and quantity. Rush orders may be possible — please ask. We'll always give you a clear timeline when we quote.

No! We're happy to do single items. Whether you need one custom t-shirt or 500 stickers, we can help. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.

Both options are available! You can bring your own garments, or we can source quality blank garments for you. Let us know what you need and we'll include garment pricing in your quote.

Yes! While we're based in George, Western Cape, we ship throughout South Africa. Courier costs depend on the size and weight of your order. Local collection is also available.

We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash, and card payments. Payment is required before production begins. For larger orders, we may arrange a deposit with the balance on collection/delivery.
